At a time of a deep acceleration of Compliance which is now moving from centralization to dissemination in the departments of public and private organizations, the Cercle de la Compliance publishes in the continuation of the collection ‘Compliance Skills’ its second white paper ‘Compliance Skills volume 2 - the skills base by department’. It is intended to be a useful and accessible tool allowing everyone to be able to deal with the essential risks of non-compliance with which they are confronted in their activities.
The white paper ‘Compliance Skills volume 2 - the skills base by department’ also includes interviews with top Chief Compliance Officers, to better understand their background and their approach to the role. It also includes the points of view of an expert in internal audit and risk management from a large consulting firm, and of a HR director from a large international group. Finally, it includes a focus on Compliance Operations, an extension of Compliance Offices, to enable them to be able to manage the exponential complexity of cross-cutting subjects in Compliance risk areas within organizations.
